AMD Releases Radeon Software Driver For Fortnite DX12

Epic Games announced that Fortnite will receive official DirectX 12 support. Although there is no exact release date for update 11.20, AMD has already released a new driver for its graphics cards with optimizations for Fortnite DX12 – Radeon Software Adrenalin.

All these types of weapons give players unusual skills. The thunder-ax can be thrown, after which it will return back to the hand, like Leviathan. And if you wave the ax in the air, the character will take a long jump and hit the ground hard. With the help of a bow it will be possible not only to shoot, but also to overcome short distances, clinging to stones, rocks and trees. With repulsors you can fly high (this is the only accessory of superheroes, I do ning them like Chitauri) and firing shells. The least lucky are those who have fallen a shield – you either throw it forward, or hide behind it from bullets. The first is boring due to low damage to trees and buildings, and the second negatively affects the dynamics.

And the dynamics in this mode are quite high. At first, everything here is as slow as in an ordinary royal battle, since the teams will not meet each other until they cross the line marked on the map. But the smaller the circle becomes (and it shrinks quickly), the more people come face to face in attempts to pick up or protect the Stones. When only two Stones remain on the map, a complete mess begins: some build fortifications, others jump from one hill to another with repulsors or a bow, others shoot out, occupy high positions, fly with jetpacks, sit in trees. And if the tree is destroyed and the character falls, nothing will happen – there is no damage from falls in this mode.
